It was an easy process. I traded my old car for a new one and the whole process was very easy going. I got a great trade in price and was very happy with my new Kia Sorento. They never called me to let me know that my car was ready. I had to call. Then I had to wait even though 3 guys were just sitting at there desks doing nothing. No one was in the office. The lady at the pick up center was vary nice.
