I just wanted to give a great appreciation to one of the service technicians, Jesse at the Riverside Kia dealership. I was having an issue with my 2019 Kia Sorrento fuel pumps and Jesse went over and beyond to ensure that I had excellent service , he had great customer service and had a final happy result when retrieving my vehicle at Kia dealership. Armando and Jesse really came through for me! I put off getting my first 8K service and the next appointment was in 2 weeks which would've put me way over 8K. When I asked for the Service Dept., I got connected with Armando who told me they would squeeze me in first thing the next day. I showed up 15 minutes after they opened and they squeezed me in - just like Armando said and no questions, no hassles. The guys were so great and got me in and out quick!

My 2nd Kia from Riverside! More selection than the other inland empire sites! Friendly and nice to my handicap mother and since the SUV or mini van is for her, they let her test drive it too! Angel knows all the features of the cars and will demonstrate them to you and to granny. Even Granny knew how to the space ship console! I’ll see you again for my daughters’ car!

Just bought my second Kia from Riverside Kia, and both experiences were a pleasure. The salesmen aren’t pushy or predatory like those at other dealerships. They worked with me to find the perfect car at the right price. They spent a lot of time with me teaching me about the car and its features and setting up the tech and apps after the purchase was finalized. If you’re looking for a new car I would definitely recommend Riverside Kia!

Overall good experience, the rate I got through Kia was better than my credit union. They were very patience and understanding with me, but definitely double check the numbers they give you just to make sure you are okay with the price. For example, I didn't want the extra seat sprays and car paint wax and they did drop the accessory price since it was included in the price. My sales reps were Eddie and Ruben, both nice guys and weren't overbearing; the supervisor was also very nice and helpful with negotiations. They could talk a little slower ...

The manager did everything he could to bring us as close to our desired pricing and we went home with an incredible bargain (and of course a beautiful car). The employees stayed past their work hours to help us finalize the deal and overall the team here really does their best to make their customers happy.
