First time taking in my EV6 to Kia for a recall service. Was greeted promptly when I pulled up into the service center and the technician kindly pointed me to the waiting room while they did the work. Was estimated a 3-4 hour wait and they were able to finish about an hour and 15 minutes.
Linda helped me out and she was so helpful. We already had a long day of shopping for cars she made sure everything was done quickly. She gave us food when we were hungry. I talked to a lady on the phone and she was very helpful as well. Also the guy who helped with the paper work was quick. I’m really appreciative of this dealership, they got me a brand new 2025 Kia at a very reasonable price.

Both Jesse and the other member of the service department that were receiving the vehicles were extremely friendly and welcoming. They clearly let me know how long the service would take, longer than I had anticipated because my vehicle had a recall order. I decided to wait at the dealer, which was lucky as they completed the service much sooner than was anticipated to which I was grateful. The whole process was smooth and the environment was great.

Great customer service from leasing vehicle to scheduling services. Appointment was set up via phone call. Omar from sales team walked us through every step and gave us a courtesy call to ensure everything was well with my car. He also ensured we got our 1st scheduled oil change. If your looking for a great salesman manager that treats you like family go ask for Omar. Genuine good man.

The couple of times I've dealt with KIA they were very efficient and courteous. Much better that ontario kia i went to a few years ago for a recall items and they found all kinds of other things wrong and came to over $1,400. No pressure here yes i know my car is old but cant afford to pay for dealer prices on repairs. Thank you KIA Riverside.

Fabio greeted us in the parking lot. I already had a specific car picked out. The actual price at the dealership was more than advertised online, but Fabio was very flexible and open to talk about it. He applied no pressure to purchase and was very accommodating to my needs. Overall it was a decent experience for buying a new car. So far I am very happy with my 2025 K5.
